I feel so lucky to have the opportunity to photograph wonderful couples here in Columbus, OH and in Hilton Head, SC (my other home). My parents started taking me to Hilton Head for family vacations when I was a about 5 years old. Today, when I drive over the bridge from the mainland to the Island, I feel every childhood memory come flashing back.  I remember playing on the beach with my little brother building sand castles and playing in the surf. I think I would stay outside from sunrise until our late evening walks. This Island has always had a special place in my heart, even more now, since it is also the place where I was married. To me, Hilton Head is a place where every year new memories are made. It is a place to dream, a place to play, a place to celebrate life. I feel so blessed to now be able to share my love for Hilton Head with the couples that hire me to photograph their wedding day.  I know why they choose Hilton Head and I know that their story is similar to mine.
